Guarantee and Return policy of Fungeti

Dear customer,

if for any reason you are dissatisfied with a Fungeti, you may return it within 365 days of your date of purchase. We guarantee the money back on any supplement purchase.

While we maintain a ‘no questions asked’ policy, we do appreciate direct feedback so that we may better our products and service standards.

For this reason, we hope you will offer a brief explanation as to why you are returning a product.

The procedure of the return is the following:

  1. To claim your refund, please email customerservice@fungeti.comproviding details of the purchase and with a sentence or two as to why you are requesting a refund.
  2. Our team member will contact you within 24 hours with the details for the refund.
  3. In case you order two or more bottles of the same product, the money back guarantee policy only applies to one opened container, and any remaining unopened
  4. Please be informed that money back guarantee covers the purchase price of your order. This excludes any shipping costs paid during the time of purchase. The cost of shipping returned products to Fungeti is the responsibility of you the customer.
  5. Please return any bottles via a shipping method with an online tracking number as we can hold no responsibility for lost packages.
  6. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items.
  7. We appreciate receiving any unopened bottles (with intact seals) in line with the time you’ve had your order and the recommended serving size.
  8. If you have previously received a refund for an order, but then chose to order again within a 12-month period, you may not be eligible for a second refund on your second order. We do not offer “Free trials”. By ordering a second time you accept your right to a refund is invalid.
  9. If your order was undeliverable because you entered an incorrect shipping address, your country of origin has not clearly updated the tracking details or is deemed incompetent in their handling of the order, or because you failed to clarify the delivery or Customs office of how they can get your order to you, and as a result the order has been sent back to us at our expense, any agreed refund will exclude any postage you paid at time of purchase.
